Shipping Policy

Soi currently ships across India. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Order Processing & Delivery 

Orders are delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines 
may vary depending on the delivery location and pin code. 
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, subject to payment confirmation and stock 
availability.

Shipping Charges 

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. 
A flat fee of ₹100 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. 

Order Tracking 

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via the registered 
email address.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Soi is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the  shipping partner. 
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping carrier.
