Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange or return request has been approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation via email, and reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours, subject to serviceability.

How to Initiate 

All return and exchange requests must be submitted by emailing hello@itssoi.com with your order details. 

Exchange Policy 

One-Time Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one time exchange for size or product. 
Second Exchange: A flat fee of ₹200 will apply for any additional exchange request on the same order. 
Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from 
stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. All original packaging and components must be intact. 
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued. 
Price Difference: Any difference in value during exchange will be adjusted accordingly. If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit. If of higher value, the remaining amount must be paid before dispatch. 

Return Policy 

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all returns. This fee covers reverse shipping charges and will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Monetary refunds are not provided.

Store credit is issued as a digital credit note and is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Original shipping charges, including COD fees where applicable, are non-refundable.

Store credit is issued within 5 to 7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

Pickup & Shipping Rules 

Reverse Pickup: Arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partners. 
Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers must self-ship the product to the designated return 
address.
Pickup Attempts: A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
Single Pickup Rule: All items from the same order must be returned together in one shipment. 

General Conditions 

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. 
Products purchased during promotional events or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 
Soi reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet the stated conditions. 
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. Once shipped, 
cancellations are not permitted and returns must be initiated after delivery in accordance with this policy.
